"Unfortunately, there were many issues with this place. The property looked much better in the photos than it did in person. The stay was okay overall, but there were enough issues that I would not book again.A few examples: the coffee was expired, the chairs felt wobbly and unsturdy, the tub did not drain properly, the bathroom outlet pulled out of the wall when I unplugged my hair tool, there was no place to plug in the one bedside lamp (rendering it unusable), no hair dryer despite one being listed as an amenity, and an empty box of granola bars had been left in the cabinet.The biggest issue, though, was communication. I reached out multiple times during my stay and several messages went unanswered or were answered much later. When I did hear back, the property manager was cordial and helpful, but the delayed communication was frustrating and made the experience worse.I did share these concerns privately and was offered a partial refund, which I appreciated. Still, based on the condition of the rental and the inconsistent communication, this was a disappointing stay.On a positive note, the bed was comfortable and the bedroom was spacious and lovely. The unit was very clean, and I liked having the Kureg and traditional coffee pot option. The property manager assures me they're going to address the issues; I hope he will for future renters. "

"What can you say about this property? The location is outstanding! We stayed for five days and were able to enjoy Thai, Vietnamese, Sushi, Middle Eastern, Greek, Latin - and the Belvedere all within walking distance! Property was stunning in every detail and our host was quick to respond to any questions. Oh and did I mention the gates off-street parking was the icing on the cake! We cannot recommend this property enough and look forward to future visits!"

"The room was beautiful.... rose and mints on the bed in entering, robes in the closet, sparkling water to enjoy. It didn't feel like a hotel..... cozy with a comfort you feel from being at home."

"Unfortunately the restaurant closed shortly after our arrival so we had to find another option for a late dinner. And we had to switch rooms mid stay due to not having any hot water. "

"The house itself was gorgeous! We loved all the charm. The beds were very comfortable! Communication with the host was fast and helpful. We had an issue with the door not unlocking and he helped us resolve it right away. Parking was probably the most difficult part. Most times we found a spot on the street but we had to drive around a few times before one opened up. Neighbors were loud during the early evening but settled down after dark. I would absolutely stay here again!"
