The location is in heart of Catskill allowing my party to have easy 30 minute drive to go snow tubing to Vila Roma and plentiful great upstate hikes and sights! Seeeing snow fall as ball dropped into the new year was wonderful and recommend this whether a trip with family or good friends! "
