Comfortable dinning room and living room. Says two beds in each room, but the second bed was a foldaway bed with a small amount of space for it in the bedroom. "

"Overall, it was an excellent experience. The house is small but has everything a family of four (or less) would need for a nice stay in the Catskills. The property was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and there were snacks, games, kitchenware and bedding in place. Just in case it matters to you, you should be aware that there is no dishwasher or washer/dryer in the house. Unfortunately, we did not have time to enjoy the backyard or make use of the lake. "
