"Check-in with Cierra was great! She was friendly, kind and exuded the best hospitality I haven’t experienced in a long time. The room was a nice size, very clean, loved the shower, TV, design and comfort level. The bed; however, was a bit too firm but I managed pretty good. Overall I’m glad I chose to lodge here for business. Choice hotels aren’t normally my go-to for lodging but will definitely make it a priority when traveling. "One elevator was not working and the ice machine was out of order. The double leg beds where very small compared to the other hotel we stayed at and not as comfortable. A lot of police were outside the hotel and it seemed like a kinda dangerous area of town. "

"We stayed for a softball tournament and had a little problem with key working but the staff was AMAZING. She knew I was exhausted I’m sure and went above and beyond helping us and we got to switch to a new room with ease. I wish I got her name but hands down will be staying there again next trip there because of the staff!
