Hotel needs some updating and rooms were clean except a little more attention to detail on bathroom floor pool was outside and a little chilly but tolerable. Gift shop was packed full that you could hardly turn around. Nights are a little nerving as it appeared to have people hanging out smoking and trying to hookup with guests staying there. "When I called to request an early check-in, as one of the guests was coming in from another state, I was told that if I wanted to guarantee that we were able to check in early, we would have to pay a $25 fee upon arrival. We agreed, but when we checked in, we were told that that is not a policy by the woman who checked us in. I spoke with a man when I called. You should be consistent on that policy as a staff, or it looks kind of sketchy."
