"Rooms were dirty and needed a bit of repair. Definitely not safe for anyone with young children. Some staff were good but others were not the greatest. Not many breakfast options. Elevators were visibly dirty and hadn’t been cleaned at all throughout our stay. Brought up issues with the staff the day of check in and were told there’s nothing they could do and refused a refund. "

"Hotel was nice and room was clean. Breakfast was sub par so much so that I skipped and dined out! I but I don’t too much faith that a free meal would be great. Also, My room black out curtain remote did not work. I went to the front desk and the manager old me that they would send someone to my room while I was out for the day to make repairs. I got back that night and still broken and no update as to whether they came to my room or not. I would have scored better if they had just updated me like “we needed parts” but to say nothing or leave a note meant to me that they didn’t care. "

"We reserved a king room with accessible bathroom tub. Upon check in, the front desk person confirmed that we had a king room with accessible bathroom tub. We lugged in our bags, and laid down to rest, only to discover later that our bathroom was not only NOT wheelchair accessible, but it also had a stand up shower, no shower seat, no grip bars, and no room for the wheelchair.
