"The minute I got into my hotel room, I was surprised to get a welcome text from Tammi asking how I like the room. I mentioned that I like every thing except a dampen smell. Tammi immediately ask if I want another room and found me another better room. I was amazed with the quick service even though they were busy with guests at the front desk."
