"The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the breakfast was great and the staff were helpful. The only thing was our room smelled of cigars and cigarettes that's a hard smell to get out and we are nonsmokers. My husband let them know and they are going to address the issue. "

"Nobody told me that they were doing renovations and there was only one elevator to service the building and it was on service so you didn't always get the elevator when you wanted to. You had to call down for it. A couple mornings I had to walk down the stairs because I was waiting so long"

"Since this hotel is new, everything was clean and in good shape. The staff were very nice and kind. The room was quite small but it was completely fine because it is close to the airport. I wish the mattress was a little bit more comfortable though."

"A subway station was close and convenient. The problem was the hotel claimed to have EV charging and there was none. I would have selected a different hotel had I known. "
