"I am a disabled man, when I arrived at hotel, I was told the third floor was my room, the hotel receptionist told me the elevator is not working and I’ll have to take the stairs. Because I couldn’t climb the stairs because of my disability I could stay there. I contacted hotels.com and advised of my situation, they told TO BAD and they won’t refund me! "

"My family have been here before and will always reserve an accommodation in case we visit Bacolod again. It's not very expensive and if you're after for basic amenities such as airconditioned rooms and wi-fi, this is a place for you. We feel safe being here. All the staff are very courteous and feels like family. "

"Amazing Stay in a Budget-Friendly Studio! I had an wonderful experience staying at this place! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and all the major attractions. Everything is within walking distance, which made exploring so convenient. The studio unit on the 9th floor was perfect for my stay. It was modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed to maximize space. The view overlooking the pool was a nice touch, creating a relaxing...
