"I was disappointed by the lack of clarity regarding the spa facilities. The online advertisement states that the hotel has spa facilities, which was one of the reasons for choosing this hotel. Unfortunately, we were only informed upon arrival that there was an additional £40 charge to use them. This information should be clearly stated in the advertisement so guests can make an informed decision before booking. Greater transparency would help avoid disappointment and improve the overall guest...

"The bed was comfy and there was lots of hot water. The hotel badly needs a decorating refresh. The one redeeming factor was the staff, were very nice."

"The whole 3 nights were so easy and chilled. Then a fantastic breakfast every morning cooked and served by Larry. Larry is such a welcoming host .nothing too much for him and a weakth of local knowledge. Cant wait to rerurn in the summer. We had a family room and was very spacious and clean all in pine to keep the charm of this rustic farm manor house . Definitely return !"

"We loved staying at the Lisnafillan Lodge cottage during our recent trip to Ballymena. We were there in memory of my Mum who's grandfather was born in Ballymena. Such a gorgeous place to call 'home' during our stay. thank you!!"
