"Room was dirty, door handle and lock were broken. Bed linens visibly dirty. Bathroom shower drain was broken pink slime in the shower. Toilet was disgusting not cleaned properly. One of the queen beds sheets were not changed there was still hair from previous guest so was not able to use that bad. I also was not able to take a shower because the bathroom was disgusting. Staff gave us additional coffee pods for the Keurig in our room which did not require him to keep going down to the lobby for coffee as hubby drinks coffee 24/7.
