"The hotel was charming, although I felt the staffing was inadequate for a weekend when there was a major concert in town,. I felt bad for the few people working their butts off in the restaurant and bar area."

"There isn't an elevator in this property. It made for an unpleasant task getting luggage up the flight of stairs. My friend has a hard time with steps. Property needs to state this for guests"

"I booked this location primarily for the hot tub and when i got there i found out that it doesnt work. But staff told me dont worry about it because the pool water is very warm. I wanted to relax in hot tub with jets since i drove from CT to PA and was looking forward to it but was unable."

"We were unable to turn on certain lights and manage the thermostat. Staff did not tell us about the need to use our room card to use lights and thermostat. We were going to use the extra blanket provided in the closet. After removing the wrapping to blanket, we found clumps of human hair. Our original reservation was 2 nights, but we left a day early due to being tired from the previous night. Upon checkout, staff were notified about our room issues. They were very polite during this visit."
