"Staff in the front desk were kind and helpful. Room is good for the price. The only negative thing I can think of is that the sockets don't fit my EU adapter. Everything else was superb."

"I like all the activities in the park. I didn't like that room was not cleaning. Not enough paper toylet, no claning service in the room, i am on vacation need to clean. It was very dark outside at night. When i arrived at the first day i didnt find the room and it was raining and no one was there to help. "

"Hotel Scalzi is a beautiful hotel. Our room (and the whole hotel) was very clean and comfortable. All the staff we met were very friendly. Breakfast was good and on a nice day you can sit outside in the courtyard. The only issue was the wall adjoining the next room was quite thin and we were woken up when they came in (we could hear their conversation and TV)."

It is within steps of restaurants and shops and a 2 minute walk to Piazza Bra (if you take your time). The staff was superb. The coffee was delicious. "The staff of Hotel Jolanda was very friendly and helped us with a few questions we had on the area. The room itself is on the smaller side and a bit old but the bed is very comfortable. The view from the hotel’s terrace is wonderful. Having our breakfast there was the best part of our short stay at the hotel. Unfortunately we didn't have the time to try out the pool but it looked very refreshing!"

"Highly recommend a stay at Hotel Aurora! Its right in the heart of Malcesine overlooking a plaza and is the perfect location to explore the entire town, and to people watch. The room was big and bright, with lots of room to unpack clothes, a little desk, and a large bathroom. Room cleaning is available every day. We loved staying here!"

"Room's and bathroom need an update, no AC, no coffee maker no fridge, mattress and pillows are old, and the price they ask for 1night is way to much. Zero star rating.... We had to leave early (7:00 am) we could not get a coffee because breakfast was at 7:30........"
