"Our stay here was fine. We don’t expect a 5 star for the budget price. As long as it’s clean and comfortable, we are good. The room, bathroom and bedding were all clean. (That’s the first thing I look at when I come into the room). AC was quiet and worked great as you can’t open the windows because of the highway noise. The only gripe I would have is the room smelled of smoke but I carry a purification essential oil and it got rid of it. We didn’t try the breakfast as it opens too late for us....

"Other than people smoking/vaping outside their room and not enough parking. There should be reserved parking, one spot per room and designated parking for visitors elsewhere. I have a handicap tag and could not park near the room."

"Our stay felt like an urban "Survival" episode. Check in felt like a major inconvenience to the woman at the front desk. Her helper escorted us to the room, we almost gagged at the smoke smell emanating from the room upon opening the door. The smoke detector was beeping and the gentleman went to get a new battery which he could not figure out how to instal so he left the detector on the dresser and said we'd be OK. The TV wasn't working and it was determined that there was a missing power cord...

"This is an absolutely clean property. Very impressive. An older building with great updates. We enjoyed our stay."

"The room was fine - clean, updated, with a kitchenette and everything we needed. The exterior of the building and walkways and stairs were badly in need of some TLC."

"Unfortunatly this motel continues to decline. Rooms are very dated, furniture & fixtures old. However bed was comfortable. Has mini fridge & microwave. Most of the rooms are rented on a monthly basis on ground level so you will have to climb some stairs. Close to food/restaurants. fairly noisy area,bring ear plugs. Not the best part of town but priced accordingly.Lower grounds fenced off for the long term tenants with no access to pool,( which was empty anyways.)"

"Very modern and clean rooms. From my room on the top floor at the back there was an amazing view. There are bbq's in close proximity to most rooms as well as a covered area with a couple large bbq's and benches. Great place for a family reunion, group of friends get together or just a quick get away. Would highly recommend to anyone"

"This motel appears to be recently updated. It is not fancy but is a good option for the area. We were in a room away from the road & was very quiet. I would consider staying here again if I were in the area "

"I took a while for the owner to answer the bell. After that the service was very good. My room didn't have a microwave so they let me use the microwave in another room that was not being used. The room was clean and tidy. The door handle was a little loose but it worked fine. There was a nice covered area with tables to picnic. Though I didn't use it there is a communal fire pit. Overall an enjoyable stay. I would stay there again."
