"The staff was kind and responsive over chat and in person. Stay away from the coffee shop in the premises. The staff is rude, slow, and the food is pretry bad. There is mold and water damage in several walls in my room, the room is very noisy because the kitchen is right behind the room the Wi-Fi works although choppy. There are no hooks in the bathroom. The toiletries they give you are very bad. There's no blackout shades for the window. The hallway flooring is in very bad shape worn out but...

"Wonderful stay at Tinka. Me Tinka!! Staff was lovely and the stay was smooth. Comfy bed and mattress. Everything I was looking for in my last days in Santiago. Close to the metro station, greatly mobility and the hotel is super techy. Rodrigo and his wife were kind all the time. I recommend the stay. "

"El lugar es espectacular. Las habitaciones son bastante cómodas y limpias. Cuenta con 2 piscinas habilitadas y un salón de juegos cómodo para divertirse un rato. Además, cuenta con una tinaja HotTub muy buena por la cual no se debe cancelar nada extra. Respecto al desayuno es muy completo y bastante variado, puntual en la hora y muy rico. Una grata sorpresa en El Cajon del Maipo."

"En general la ubicación excelente y el departamento bastante cómodo, pero no es un aparhotel, es un arriendo de departamento, por lo que no hay limpieza diaria, desayuno ni cambio de toallas y cosas similares que uno esperaria en hoteles. "Alright stay, pool is nice, but there is literally no service, no one to ask about anything. We thought it was a hotel, but must have missed something in the fine print; even the staff in the cafe below refer to it as an AirBnb. The music (and other noise) from the cafe travels to the rooms, because there is seemingly no insulation in the room doors. There is no toilet brush even though they don’t clean the rooms, and we found a pair of (some one else’s) underwear beneath the bed…you apparently...
