"The hotel is beautiful, they have a free happy hour every day at 5 PM, they almost always give me a bottle of champagne, even if I don’t get the upgrade, the staff is incredible. They always carry my luggage to my room. The rooms are impeccably, clean and have a lot of little gifts inside like chocolate robes and slippers. All in all it’s just a great day and it’s my second time and I will stay again. "

I love the place, it is a bit small but i absolutely love the place - we had everything we needed to thoroughly enjoy our stay. "A nice hotel with great location of Lastarria neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and bakeries within walking distance. Relatively safe area to be at because there’s plenty of security walking around for everyone safety. Lots of great small vendors at night across the hotel. Do be prepared to pay tourists prices in the area. I would gladly go back to this hotel again. "

"Loved this hotel. We came back 3 separate times as Santiago was our home base. For the price we paid, we were very satisfied. Shared bathrooms were not a problem and there were enough that it almost felt like we had our own bathroom. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was delightful and very helpful. "

"Great location, but with that comes some noise... the kitchen is the best we found in our long trip. There is even olive oil and a knife sharpner. Im impressed.
Could be a little cleaner, found some long hairs on the floor abd kitchen sink still dirty. Bathroom was clean though."

"Das Hotel ist gut und hat meine Erwartungen erfüllt. In der Nähe ist der Stadtteil Lastarria, wo es einige gute Restaurants gibt. Die Angestellten des Hotels sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend für einen angenehmen Start in den Tag.
Das Zimmer entspricht der Beschreibung und ist von der Größe ausreichend.

"Experiência incrível! German me recebeu com muita simpatia, passando as orientações principais. O quarto é extremamente confortável, silencioso, roupas de camas limpas e cheirosas a toalha de banho é espetacular. Fica na rua Manuel Montt, com opções de Mercado, Farmácias, Bares e Metrô. Café da manhã muito gostoso, certamente ao retornar a Santiago será minha primeira opção em acomodação. "
