"Such a friendly place. The guy who checked us in was welcoming, humorous and efficient. He worked so hard, I hope the company realise how great an asset he is. He manned reception, served our meal, ran the bar (thanks for the Negroni) and was there doing it all again at breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable and the food was exceptional both at dinner and breakfast. Rooms might be ready for an revamp but everything was clean and worked well. Certainly somewhere to book for a repeat visit,...

The day before we got a phone call from the landlord telling us the same story - that we would not be able to sleep because of the construction noise (we reserved the room for a Saturday night).
