Initial entry code to the building for after-hours check-in didn't work, we had to call the hotel's customer service to get a new code. We were then billed by the hotel for our stay even though we had already paid Expedia. We did eventually receive a refund. The rest of the stay was perfectly fine, the hotel is convenient for travel and to a large shopping mall with many options for food and shopping."

"It was reasonable and fair for what was offered. The staff on the reception were great, the bathroom was well equipped, the room needed some attention with mattress and light fitting, but overall it was fine for the cost. The worst bit was the unkempt exterior staircase which was pretty decrepit!"
