"First time staying here. The gentleman who checked us in was so nice but also very professional. We were told our room had been upgraded to a room with a kitchenette but didn’t expect to walk into a room that was probably the size of 3 standard hotel rooms! Made us wish we were staying more than 1 night. We will definitely return."

She stated breakfast would be served from 6-10am and she pointed out the vending machines. She also suggested a very good choice for dinner - The Mill. "

I'm sure a mistake and my comment was a bit curt and filthy. two things... need night locks and teach staff to knock and wait. "

The house was dirty (I have photos and sent them to the management company and no one responded) the house was extremely cold and we tried everything to heat it up. Several heaters did not work and we used the oven and a fire to get warm. A man was sent with a space heater from Vacasa. With not one tool we barely got it together so it would work, and the two times we spoke...
