Greeted upon arrival by Chi, with a drink and taken immediately to my room. A small garden view room, spotlessly clean. further away from the restaurant but also away from noise of the dogs, chickens and roosters. Great water pressure, hot water as well! Wifi a little spotty and electricity out in my room one night, was resolved quickly. Breakfast...

"The hotel did not expect me. Then asked me to pay 500k dong per day despite the document indicating that i had paid. They did not speak a word of english - and that did not help. I had trouble locating my receipt on the Expedia website.They called a next door neighbor in who spoke very good english.. and after three separate conversations - and 2-3 hours of wasted time. they excepted that there was no problem. They said that expedia had not paid them, and that seemed to be the confusion....
