"A Hotel to Avoid This hotel was a complete disaster, with dirty rooms infested with ants and spider webs, a bathroom that reeked of a foul smell from the faucet, and a parking lot overrun with large rats. To make matters worse, the receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful when I reported these issues, showing a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. Overall, my stay at this hotel was a nightmare from start to finish, and I would strongly advise others to steer clear of it."

"This was my second stay at the hotel. The first time was in 2019. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The area is gorgeous and very convenient to the train station. "This was my 1st stay in a hostel in 33 years and I was very impressed with the facilities, the helpfulness of the staff and the quality of everything in our room and the free breakfast. We had a twin room which had the benefit of a balcony with seating and a fabulous view towards the lake. Bedding and towels were provided. My only criticism of the whole experience would be that the room was quite hot, although a helpful large fan was provided. I would certainly recommend the hostel, the staff and the free transport card to anyone wanting to stay in Geneva and not spend a fortune (this looked much nicer than more expensive but very basic hotel rooms)."
