"We stayed just one night (Saturday) before we flew out of Geneva on Sunday. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The hair dryer in the room connected to the wall did not work so they immediately brought one up one that worked great. When we were going to bed, the bedside light connected to the wall would not turn off, so the woman at the reception just gave us another room to sleep in right next door, since there was not any maintenance staff there over the weekend.
