"We loved this house. It is a steep walk up from the life of old town so you are right there but somehow feel away from it when you enter the property. The house is over 100 years old and has been in Corinne's family for generations. You can tell it is loved. It was modernized recently so you have a historic home with modern touches. From the moment we arrived at this beautiful property, we were greeted very kindly and the communications with the owner Mr. Albracht and housekeeper Mr. Dupont was very clear. "This property was excellent and had everything we needed & more. The kitchen was well equipped and had cleaning products & store cupboard essentials which was much appreciated rather than having to go out and buy everything. The pool and outside area was clean and spacious. We did not have a car but the bus stop was very close with regular services into Annecy. Any questions for the owner were replied to quickly. We would recommend staying here."

"The property is very clean and well maintained with all modern facilities and plenty of outdoor space. You cannot believe how perfect the setting is being just a few yards from a secluded beach where you can swim in the lake. The owner, Phillipe, was very welcoming and kindly left us a bottle of sparkling wine which we enjoyed our first night. We would highly recommend this property and hope to come back to stay here next year."

The home itself and the hosts are lovely, wonderful for kids and having meals with our friends, swimming, walks in the adjacent forest, playing table tennis and badminton, reading books on the terrace, etc. But the area is incredible as well - Annecy itself as well as day trips to hike in Chamonix; visits to family in Geneva, walks in Semnoz, visits to Les Gorges du Fier, cycling...
