"Had a nice stay with my family. The staffs were very polite and helpful. Have good choices for breakfast including rice item,which was a pleasant surprise. The service staff in the breakfast area were awesome. Hotel provided shuttle service to and from airport. Added to it is the free transport passes for the 3 days of our stay.Will stay here again."

"I was impressed how well the staff handled the difficult situation in which I needed to relocate to another hotel since the room I booked was not available anymore. One of their team members took us to another (very nice) hotel, paid for the taxi, ensured express checkout and made sure the breakfast was included. Building customer loyalty in unexpected situations is not an easy task, but this team did an amazing job. Will come back for sure."
