"Easy Hotel South Kensington is my home away from home when I go to London. The staff are courteous, friendly and helpful - and it is hard to beat the price. Sure it is not the Ritz but even when I have stayed in much more expensive accommodation - while there may be more amenities available - I rarely use them and I sleep jsut as comfortably at the Easy Hotel as I do at the most expensive hotel I have ever stayed at - and at the same time save money in a convenient location wth great staff."

"We absolutely loved our stay! Every member of staff we came into contact with were so pleasant and helpful, the breakfast was spot on, we had everything we needed in our room and none of us had any complaints at all. The beds were clean and comfortable, with extra pillows provided if needed. Would definitely stay again if in the area. I can't think of anything negative. It is not the Ritz, so if you expect that then you will be disappointed. It is, however, a clean and tidy hotel, with wonderful...
