"We had a wonderful time staying at this place in Dewittville right on Chautauqua Lake! The property was well kept, clean and the backyard was right on the water front. The hosts put in a new dock which made viewing the sunrise or sunset outstanding. The enmities like the washer and dryer and the pool was a real plus and came in very handy. It felt like we were staying right at home. The hosts were excellent too, friendly and very prompt in returning communication. I would recommend staying here...

A vast array of things to see and do are a short drive away. However, "doing nothing" just sitting on the balcony and enjoying the lakeside view was another appreciated option. "The view of the sunset over the lake can’t be beat. Remember it’s dog friendly, so keep that in mind if you’re allergic! Also note this is the top floor of a larger unit, and the lawn with fire pit by the water is not as big as the booking photo made it seem. There are multiple properties close by. We didn’t use the fire pit due to rain, geese, and mosquitos. Despite that, the fire pit and porch views are unbeatable. The hot tub was nice and big enough for two.
