"The perfect little place to stay right in Middlesboro . My room was nice and clean and Quiet and had a little kitchen . It has dog friendly rooms and a pool too . Even had a complimentary Washer and Dryer . Staff was very nice and accommodating.This will definitely be my go to , on my next trip to Middlesboro ."

"Staff was very courteous but the room was very dated and the detail items were not clean. Bed, floors, toilet, and counters were clean. But there is work to do when it comes to floorboards, vents (especially the bathroom fan vent), caulking around the shower insert and the complimentary hair dryer looks like it has never been cleaned. You could feel every spring in the mattress and the pillows were very flat. Room had a moderate to light scent of stale cigarettes. But you get what you pay for. Would I stay here again? Yes, if it was only me and only a night or 2. But if I'm bringing the family, I would fork out the extra $40 to get a nicer room. "

"The room was dated but clean and had every convenience. The bed was comfortable, there were several TV channels to choose from, a nice refrigerator and microwave and even an ironing board and iron. Patrick was very friendly and accommodating and I’ll stay there again next trip. "
