"You need to make sure you reach out to the host, because there are different buildings and you need to know which one you are staying at. Then they will send you the building the room number and door code. The downfall was that the pool was not open. The apartment was very clean. The receptionist in the evening was not to friendly, rest of staff and receptionist during the morning was much more friendly and helpful with questions we had."

"Arrived at the hotel to only be told they have no reservations for me. After showing my confirmation email and credit card charge the front desk called the owner who said she was far away and there was nothing she could do since the unit was occupied already. After leaving embarrassed as other customers waited I found accommodation elsewhere. 45 minutes later I received a call asking me to return there was a mistake at the front desk and my reservations are found.
