"Located just feet from the Portsmouth Harbor train station, good restaurants (especially The Ship Anson) and the historic dockyard where you could spend several days touring the ships and museums. The beds were very comfortable and while there was no AC there was a fan which worked well with an open window to draw in the cool air. Breakfast was good, skip the “brown bread” tastes like saw dust. The room refresh was lacking, we had to request additional coffee, the waste basket was not emptied...

"The room was very comfortable and ensuite. Tea and coffee facility was in kitchen next door to room my only criticism is the stairs to the rooms, very steep. I was there near there weekend so the outside noise was quiet loud until about 1/2 am but thats what you get if you choose this sort of location. "The cottage is placed on a calm street, but is still close to everything in Farnham and is very easy to get to. The owners are lovely and very accommodating if you need help. The bed is supercomfy, and the cottage has everything you need to stay. I stayed 4 nights."
