"This is an old hotel - to us it’s charming and we always stay here when visiting Hot Springs, but other people may not appreciate this. The staff is friendly and helpful. We came this time to celebrate our anniversary."

"The hotel is approximately a 5 minute drive to bathhouse row. The room was clean and had a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. They provided a filling continental breakfast that was good. Great deal for our two night stay!"

"And most pet free ,no motel we stay in that had pets to s tay pet odor was in the motel or room , so we look for motel with no pet , when pet are in the room you really need special people and pet cleaner for the next guess , pet hair on everything , your property had no pet policy .it smell so clean . will stay again again road trip for 18 days the only problem was keeping thing was the number one problem "

"They were doing construction on the roof. But everyone was so nice. For the breakfeast staff. Wished all of the women happy mothers day, and were all very sweet. And the pool was perfectly warm."

"The room was really nice and large. It had all the conveniences needed. The girl in the office was really sweet and professional. We lost power the last night we were there so check out in the morning was a little tough without electric but that was no fault of the hotels. Excellent and easy checkout. Very enjoyable stay would stay there again and again. "
