"We loved our experience! The family that runs the property is so kind and so helpful. The meals they prepared were wonderful. The views from the rooms were great and even though it got cold at night, the beds had plenty of blankets and there was a portable gas heater in the room so we slept very comfortably. If you want a true Lake Titikaka experience, I highly recommend this resort/lodging experience."

"My stay was ok. No complaints. Only complaint I have is that young man who showed me the room, didn’t even ask to carry my bags. Even he went to the upstairs to my room with me. I carried them."

"Very good"

"Hele fijne eigenaar die met alles hielp."

"Very friendly, hard working and lovely family! Beautiful view of the Lake!"

"The location of the room was perfect, slightly separate from a lot of the other floating islands and so it felt more secluded. It was amazing waking up to the beautiful view in the morning. We went with the owner, Nestor, on a trip which was far better than the other organised tours. Nestor was friendly and talked us through everything to with the islands, the culture and the tourism. "

"El hotel muy básico pero bien ubicado a dos cuadras de la plaza de armas, restaurantes, etc. Incluye un desayuno básico de pan, jamón, pan y jugo. Pero para llegar a dormir está bien y a muy buen precio. El personal super amable."

"Great location, very close to the dock. The staff is amazing."

"⚠️NEVER STAY HERE! A DISHONEST SCAM⚠️ DO NOT BOOK. This was the worst experience of my life. The hosts are professional liars, unreasonable, and have zero hospitality. They show no remorse and have no intention of improving. Stranded in the Cold: We agreed to meet at 15:55 at the port because I had no internet. I arrived at 14:30 to be safe, but they never showed up. I waited in the freezing cold for over 2.5 hours. They sent a message saying "Contact us when you arrive"—a complete insult...

"Var meget langt fra aktuelle billeder Det var øde og det så ikke ud til at der havde været gæster i årevis De var flinke på stedet med det levede ikke op til forventningerne "

"The visit here was so relaxing. It was quiet and just being on the water was refreshing. Felix is a wonderful host. He kindly took us around the area, pointing out places and discussing history and culture with us. We learned a lot. He also showed us an amazing collection of reed birds and gave us a really informative lesson in nature."

"Ist in die jahre gekommen aber die besitzer sind sehr nett"

"Lugar para descansar y alejarse de la ciudad "

"We had a one-night stay here at the end of our trip, and were welcomed by the kindest, most helpful staff, and a clean, comfortable room! The neighbourhood might not look like much, but is actually close to Puno’s two main squares, with great bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here."
