"We really enjoyed our stay, the staff were extremely friendly and warm. Breakfast is included, it’s close to Plaza de Armas, nice hot showers and good WiFi. "

"This hotel was a much-needed stay! It was so warm and they even have a wood-fired stove in the lounge. Staff was friendly and helpful and rooms were spotless and modern. "
"This hotel is located near the main plaza, yet in a quiet area. Everything was good, but the highlight of our stay was Gabriela at the front desk—she was truly the heart of this hotel. Kind, attentive, and always eager to help, she assisted us with everything we needed.
The only downside was the breakfast buffet. Plates and food items were often in short supply—for example, there were cornflakes available, but no bowls or cold milk.
