"The hostel is okay. There are nice people and the rooms are fine and for a very good price. However, don't expect a lot of service. Towels aren't provided and toilet paper is only replaced when asked for. Bathrooms aren't very clean. They also initially put me in the wrong room and than asked me to change or pay extra. It seems like this is intentional as the same happened to another visitor. Although Hotels.com states that breakfast and airport transfer are included, this is not the case."

My apartment was clean but Very Angry about the lack of communication with getting my room/apartment information and had to sit outside for more than an hour until they finally found my reservation after showing them multiple receipts of purchase. didnt have my own way of getting in and out of the building due to the mess up and had to wait to be let in when going out because they kept trying to verify i was suppose to be there. "Convenient location close to the Luz and Júlio Prestes railroad stations, although not the best neighborhood. The restaurant in the building is a plus. Spartan but clean and comfortable with a friendly staff, and they do a great job with breakfast."
