"The staff was very helpful"

"Staff were very friendly and breakfast was great. Short walk (uphill) to Masjid al Haram when passing through Anjum hotel, about 5 mins. Many stores in the area to walk to also if needed. Great location, definitely recommend"

"The property was clean, the most liked thing was it’s shuttle service which was very convenient but need at least 1 more trip before the end of the day"

"The hotel is a good distance from the Haram, and they provide golf cart services to go up and down the hill that the hotel is on. Overall the hotel was good, the staff were helpful and the facilities were pretty decent."

"Very Disappointing Stay – Dirty Room, Bugs, No Towels, and Poor Customer Service I stayed at this hotel for one night during my visit to Makkah, primarily because of its convenient location near Masjid Al-Haram. "PLEASE DO NOT EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL. After booking, we stayed at the hotel lobby for 3 hours after they were “finding us a room” and kept telling us to wait. Eventually, we left because we were exhausted as they never gave us a room. Apparently they were full. Once I get back to the US I’ll be demanding a refund. They have no customer service what’s so ever. Please don’t waste your time and don’t book."

"Very good and professional staff"

"Good hotel, it’s clean and staff are very friendly "

"Cleanliness was very poor, we had coockraches in the bathroom and under the fridge. Dozens of empty bottles under one of the beds, bed linen was dirty and there was hair on the bathroom sink from the previous residents I guess..the staff didn't really interact with us. Location was a 20 minute walk(fast pace) to the haram. "

"Very professional and very nice people specially, at the reception very kind very helpful"
