So haben wir auf die Notfall-Nummer angerufen, da hat uns jemand in Deutsch weitergeholfen und auf ein anderes gereinigtes Zimmer umgebucht. Dies hat ein paar Minuten gedauert, aber schliesslich gut geklappt. Die Zimmer sind neu, gross und modern."

"Kevin ist einfach ein genialer Gastgeber. Der Service und die Wohnung sind hervorragend. Auch bei Probleme mit der Buchung, hat Kevin mir sofort geholfen und die Probleme gelöst, er ist sehr hilfsbereit und gerecht. "If it is a no star hotel, I think it's okay, but if it's classified itself as two stars, it doesn't worth it. Having one room altered from the emergency exit and a door like wall inside the shower room make me feel so uncomfortable during my stay!!"
