The contact phone number listed here on Expedia as well as the phone numbers listed on a paper in the lobby didn’t work. We waited in the living room for an hour and a half before someone showed up and assigned us rooms. I received the check in...

"It's a different experience sleeping in a trailer. The trailer is in very good condition and equipped with a microwave oven an basic tableware, and are actually cozy. But ours must have had some sealing problem on the septic toilet that lead to some unpleasant smells going to the bed area. The lot was under renovations when we got there, but it did not impair our stay since it was really cold outside anyway. If it is windy (it was VERY windy during our stay), the gentle rocking could be a sleep...

Arriviamo ed e' tutto chiuso. Ovviamente siamo un po' perplessi, ricontrolliamo la prenotazione e sembra tutto in regola. Nessun cartello, nessun avviso, nessun numero di telefono. "Very nice, honest and quiet place to spend few days out of your world. Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms, a jacuzzi. Nice people. Agricultural and natural surroundings. Don't be afraid of the final part of the road to farm, it's not that bad."

"Built by the owner, this is a very well designed and constructed guest house. Beautiful room and en suite bath with lots of outlets for charging phones, cameras, etc. Kudos to Andreas for a job well done! Service and travel advice were great too!"
