"Stopped for the night while on a family trip and decided to give this place a try. And we were glad we did!! Rooms were clean and newly renovated. Beds and pillows were clean, even under the covers, and were comfortable. Floors and bathroom were clean with no issues! The front desk check in was easy and Very nice. Breakfast was included in the morning. Would definitely stop here again with my family!! "

Only actual complaint was only a small amount on toilet paper roll with no replacement, had to spend a few minutes in the early morning knocking on office door and calling out for someone to get more."

"The service was good and our room was clean. It was a bit run down but clean enough for one night. The bed and pillows were soft. If you like firm pillows take your own. We did not eat breakfast there. We are ate Cracker Barrel as we were sleeping in. We have stayed on Lookout Mountain twice before and enjoy the view when passing through. I hope that your stay was as enjoyable as ours was. "
