"Pros - location was good, was pretty quiet, clean with a good shower. Lots of space. Cons - fridge didnt work particularly well, maid service was a bit hit and miss some days we didnt get coffee or spare loo roll topped up for example"

"I took a chance on good reviews as I normally stay at places I know and I was not disappointed here and this will be my go-to for Knoxville stays. The room was clean and comfortable, hotel seemed new and the breakfast was fantastic! During my stay there were Biscuits and Gravy, Eggs, Sausage, Bacon and a delicious spicy hash brown casserole that I would have paid money for! "

"It was very nice. Staff was great, but I had one issue, nothing too big. When we went to the pool (which really isn't that big) there were a bunch of teens and pre-teens there (about 5 of them) who had taken it over and we really couldn't use it. They were quite roudy and rude. Even when we went to the end where the jets were, they were still causing a lot of comotion that caused us to not be able to use the pool at all. I would like to suggest that they establish an adults only time, maybe 8...

"This property is absolutely excellent! It’s clean and new and very welcoming and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful and so was the front desk staff. I would stay here again. "
