The breakfast daily was wonderful, hot, and fresh. Every staff member we can in contact with was so friendly and helpful. We especially loved Edna and Nicole at check in. "We booked 2 separate rooms and they were absolutely fabulous. We had our own little area with no other rooms. The staff was amazing, friendly, and made sure to greet us with a friendly smile and a welcoming hello every time we seen them. The amenities were so convenient and fun, you could actually just stay at the lodge and never leave and still have a fun packed vacation. Highly recommend. "

"We visit Pigeon Forge often but this is ghe first time we have stayed at Creekstone. It was great. The location on the river was perfect. The beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever had at a hotel. We will definitely be visiting again. "

"The blonde headed lady at the front desk was very nice. We had an issue with hot water not being hot at all. Within 5 minutes there was somebody there and fix the problem immediately. Great gymnasium and pool and hot tub area. Everything was centrally located it's our second time there we thoroughly enjoyed it. "
