"Overpriced for what it is. Spend less and go to a hostel, or more for a better hotel. Terrible rooms, open ceilings, very hot, not good. Booked for 5 days and didn’t even stay for 1 it was so bad."

"Good location Friendly and professional staff Rooms were a bit old and outdated with a musty smell. They do not let you open windows. There is an air purifier but that doesn't do much to address the musty issue."

It becomes unappetising after a while. Many guests have decided to eat out instead. A little bit of variety could have helped. "This hotel had no desk clerk, but we were able to figure out how to check in and get the room lock code. The room was large by Japanese hotel room standards. It felt like a small apartment. The area had many restaurants and shopping areas close by. The laundry room had four washer/dryers that did an excellent job. They even automatically dispensed laundry detergent, so we didn’t have to go find any at a convenience store. "

"This is a basic business hotel. The rooms are on the small side and the hotel could do with a refresh. The bakery cafe on site makes some excellent pastries. The hotel is close to the Shin Iizuka train station which is convenient but also means you hear trains. The staff was friendly."

Since there is no staff in the building, your only way to access is by the email sent by the property owner. The email arrive at 6pm on the day I check-in, after I reach out many time and through email, their offical website and Expedia. Take your risk when consider this place. "
