"Day one, I found the safe box locked, therefore it was unusable, I made them aware of it but it was never corrected. Day two, I wasn’t informed that I had to leave the key in the front desk when leaving for the day. I came back that night and my room wasn’t made. Only stayed two nights but they didn’t clean the room or made the bed. Bummer. Other than that the place was nice and well maintained, the location unbeatable and the price was right. "

"Hotel in the middle of el Centro, blocks off the Plaza on St Lucia Park. Would have been a great stay except for one huge problem. The hotel is next to a club that blares music from 9pm till 2:30am. This noise permeates the hotel rooms,making it impossible to sleep. Kavia is big enough to constrain the club or sound proof the walls between them. I have stayed in places with music in the hotel or near by but this was the worst. Staff was great, it's clean. But it was not enough to overcome the...
