"It was a quick walk to a private park leading to a serene spot by the lake. The receptionist,Katrina, was the warmest and kindest person who welcomed and helped us out. It's a disappointment that the street where the chalet was is undergoing a major repair. No access to take a shot in front. I wish Expedia notified us ahead of time"

"Very nice hotel, helpful staff, dog friendly, good location, facilities in village and great views, (+ easy access off autoroute). Breakfast & evening meal very good. Room good size. Lift access. Can't fault this hotel. So is there a negative? Only one, the chirch nearby has a clock thst chimes the hours and the quarters if that's not enough it also rings all the bells at 05.00! So if you are a light sleeper and like to sleep with the window open a bit, just bear this in mind"

"Description had twin bed, in practice it was a single bed. Men's shared bathroom lock was broken. No soap in shared shower. You can hear every single thing the people in rooms next to you are doing. Breakfast was OK. Parking is convenient."

"The most joyful station in my trip all over Europe. Every spot is beautiful, the region, the landscape, the lovely people, the hotel and it’s classical nature made it more attractive. It’s like the films. The manager is lovely and so helpful, so are all other staff members. Although my check-in was delayed until 4:00 pm but That’s nothing. I would come again. She actually shouts rather than to speak gently with grace, she isn’t fit for this kind of job. Hostel is not at a good location, no public transport from hostel. Small rooms etc. I’ll not recommend it. "

"A very clean hostel and friendly staff members. I forgot my slippers and walked around the room and toilet with my bare feet and didn't feel much dirt. Close to the Zurich lake with beautiful neighbourhood. It is a bit far from Zurich centre but overall a very good stay."
