To make matters worse, the receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful when I reported these issues, showing a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. Overall, my stay at this hotel was a nightmare from start to finish, and I would strongly advise others to steer clear of it."

"This was my second stay at the hotel. The first time was in 2019. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The area is gorgeous and very convenient to the train station.
