"Great accommodation a short walk from the train station and town centre in Preston. It had a homely feel and felt private, with a good level of cleanliness. It was easy to contact the host, who clearly cared about us having a good stay. Would return!"

"The room was simple, very clean and good value for money located in the centre of the town. Not recommended to stay on Friday night, as the bar has Karaoke night which can be very noisy, it would be advisable if ear plugs were provided."
