"Fantastic stay with Barry, Barry was very helpful, friendly, accommodating and showed us everything we needed. The annexe was exceptionally clean, bed was very comfortable, also a great range of breakfast options which we were not expected so a lovely bonus to the stay. The property is not far from the train station and is in a beautiful and peaceful setting. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. "Great accommodation a short walk from the train station and town centre in Preston. It had a homely feel and felt private, with a good level of cleanliness. It was easy to contact the host, who clearly cared about us having a good stay. Would return!"

"We really loved the property, is having a lot of style, it is decorated amazing but the cleanliness wasn’t that great. Bathroom hands towel was really dirty or stained, cutlery and dishes weren’t washed properly, old drinks spilled on the walls, bed, floor was sticky, furniture was full of dust, when we cleaned it with a paper towel it became black. Rather than that, the host was really good, we had some breakfast and snacks there, he was answering really quick to everything, property felt like...
