"The stay was fine. Very friendly staff etc., and very clean rooms. Just a couple of small criticisms though. 1. There was no hand wash for the basin and 2. the bath gel/shampoo was in those awkward to open little packets! 3. No tea or coffee in the room. On another note. Breakfast, for me, was a no go but this is not a critism as it is only what I have come to expect. Good hotel overall though and we would definitely stay again if passing that way in the future."

"Fantastic Stay. I decided to book this place to stay during my trip to summit Mount Mulhacen and it was just what I was looking for. The place was very lovely, with a rooftop sitting area that provided a beautiful view of Capileira as well as the Poqueira valley below. The room itself was quite cozy, and while there was no air conditioning, the temperature was adequate enough for sleeping conditions. "The hotel has good value for money and it was comfortable. Unfortunately the common areas smell bad and it's clear that guests are allowed to smoke in their rooms so the odor in the common areas is bad."

"This is a wonderful place to stay in the Alpuharra. The rooms are well appointed with comfortable beds and incredible views. The couple who runs it are sweet and kind and considerate. We had dinner and breakfast there which was delicious with all fresh local fare. The property has a nice pool overlooking the mountains. There is a 10 min trail down to the town which has good restaurants and lovely shops. Highly recommended! "

"Got a good deal (according to the prices advertised within the actual room, would not have been happy to pay 286 eur per night!!!) and was very basic, as expected from the price. Good points: heating works very well, actually had to open balcony windows to cool down after switching it off. Shower was hot with good pressure and the one small room at the end fits 4 as there are two bunk beds. That's all that fits there, no other furniture in that room. "Went with my 5 year old son - ski trip. Located quite far from the main square, so had to drive there every day. Room was clean and warm. Very basic. No duvets, just blankets. Dinner was excellent - proper home cooked food. Lots of choice. Breakfast - OK. Nothing warm. No meats or cheese either. Croissants, toast, cereals. We were on a half board basis and to our surprise we got given a packed lunch: basic baguette sandwich, nuts and a drink (coke/fanta/aquarius)."

"El aparcamiento tiene un acceso muy, muy complicado y difícil. Pues tienes que circular por una calle de unos 300-400 metros de doble circulacion por donde pasa uno solo y casi rozando las fachadas de las casas. Si tienes la mala suerte de encontrar otro coche en dirección contraria, uno tiene que circular marcha atrás por una calle muy, muy justa para el ancho de un coche normal."
