"The hotel was good but the bathroom was tiny. You had a space of around 8 to 10 inches to get into the shower. I am small and I struggled. Also the air conditioning unit was constantly leaking and flooded the floor by the door. This was reported to reception but was not fixed. Apart from these couple of niggles, the room was clean and comfortable "

"Overall, the best way to describe this property is you pay for what you get. I got yelled at upon arrival for ringing the buzzer an absurd amount of times which was understandable but I don't have the same buzzer back home, so I didn't understand the mechanism Once I climbed the 7 stories, I got yelled at by a very mad Italian man for 3 minutes ish, I thought he was about to swing to be honest.
