"This is an unstaffed house with upto 20 or more staying. Not what I thought we were booking at all. No check in information given. We were left to find the property which doesn't appear on google maps in the dark when we arrived no one was there. "Great location, walking distance to most areas and a short drive to places of note. Area of improvement would be to address the excess mud in access areas ie getting to the wheelie bin was a trek through heavy mud. Simple cheap solution would be stepping stones/pavers, as this is a region known for rain fall, therefore mud level and location is easily predictable."

"The person working there is on his own. The outside needs cleaning and painting desperately. There's dirt, dead leaves, garbage and cigarette butts lying around outside. The place would be so much better with a good clean. The inside wasn't overly clean either; not as bad as the outside.
