"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience! The location was absolutely fantastic, being within walking distance of our event at Union Station. This convenience made our stay so much easier and enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. On the morning we were scheduled to depart, which happened to be a holiday, we were running late and arrived at breakfast just before it closed. Unfortunately, the coffee was already out, and with Starbucks...

"Hotel is cute and old fashioned. Lots of character. However, once I notified the front desk that I had a small dog I was asked if it was a service dog? They said only service dogs were allowed and it is $70 extra. I told the person that I specifically chose pet friendly option when trying to find a place and that this hotel came up, amongst others. He said that $70 is common, which I disagree. We had other hotels not charge at all and others only $20-25. "
