"The staff was very helpful and courtous. The AC unit was pretty loud and the toilet was extremely low to the ground. It was a preschool toilet level. Other than that it was good. The breakfast was better than most hotels. I was able to wash my gbaby clothes for free. "

"Most staff was friendly. Only had 1 rude staff member that I encountered. Property outside was well kept and pretty. The inside of the hotel room was mostly clean with the exception of the floor. It looked unswept and definitely hadn’t seen a mop in a while. There were a few questionable stains on the bedding, but it did seem like it was washed and just stained. "

"Great place to stay after a concert at Ruoff. Beds were comfy, pillows a little flat for our liking, but everything was clean. Service was great. Pool was warm. No complaints except for people being loud in the hallway. And there's very little you can do about that!"
